The curriculum system closely attached to the training objectives focuses the " excellence" of excellent Shandong businessmen on professional competence and has the ability to transform it into four dimensions of strategic and critical thinking, market analysis, enterprise operation and performance management. Together with the professional accomplishment in four dimensions of international vision, innovative spirit, humanistic feelings and social responsibility, the curriculum system designed for eight dimensions forms a harmonious development of hard strength and soft strength.

Dual-tutor System

In order to improve the students' ability to combine theory with practice, MBA school adopts the method of joint training of academic tutors on campus and business tutors off campus.  At present, 69 academic tutors are selected from the master tutors in the school, of which 66 have doctor's degrees and 54 are professors.  There are 145 off campus business mentors, of whom 34 have doctor's degrees and 57 have senior professional titles.

Extensive Teaching Practice Base

Since 2007, MBA school has signed agreements with 41 enterprises like Sinotruk Group, Runhua Group and Rizhao Port and has built diversified forms of cooperation system including teaching practice base (visit, lectures), internship base (research report), tutor selection, executive manager training, management consulting (horizontal research program). Some representative teaching practice bases are listed as follows.

Replacing Examination with Competition

MBA school attaches great importance to training students' practical ability and advocates competition instead of examination. At present, some courses such as Marketing, Entrepreneurial Management and Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility have started assessment based on competition. The case competition, business model design competition and business ethics debate competition have become the fixed competitions of the school. The students' awareness of innovation and teamwork has been enhanced, and they have won many awards in various competition events.

International Vision and Overseas Visiting

MBA school has established friendly cooperative relations with many universities in Taiwan, Australia and the United States, and has organized exchange and visiting activities for students both in Taiwan and the United States.

Providing a Platform for Lifelong Learning

The MBA alumni association jointly created a 'alumni lifelong learning platform'. The platform gathered leading talents in the industry to explore new business models.

Lushang school, Sansan Salon and Nishan Lecture have opened up many channels for alumnis to continue their study after graduation. It also provides an opportunity for current students and alumnis to share their knowledge.
